Happy New Year! 🎉 In this new year, put yourself first.  YOU should be at the top of your list for care. You can not pour from an empty cup.  That means, you need to take the time for all the things your body needs.  Sometimes, it’s hard to know where to start.  The best place to start is nutrition and movement.  Whole foods, increase the protein intake to fuel the muscles, and strength train 2-4 times a week.  Most of us are already there.  After that, throw in redlight therapy, massage therapy, supplements your body lacks, talk therapy, personal development/mindset, spiritual healing, social connection, and financial health. All of this adds up to living an optimal/healthy/balanced lifestyle. Choose the proper habits and routines that help you develop to live your best life.  Surround yourself with others who are searching for the same lifestyle.  This is a whole new year, you have the power to make it what you want it to be.  Open new doors that challenge you to become better than you were in 2024.  Close the doors that did not fuel your peace and wellness.  I am here to help you make this year the best year. One simple positive habit/routine can easily snowball into multiple if you remain focused and driven chasing what is best for you.
