How is your relationship with wellness? It is great to have a balanced mindset. It is easy to think that you need to be all in or nothing at all. BUT if we want to be in this for life, balance is key. Sometimes we will miss a workout. THAT IS OK. Sometimes we will have a special dinner and a little cake to follow. THAT IS OK. It is the mindset that believe if you aren’t spot on all the time then you might as well not be on this journey at all. Well, all in or nothing at all are two very difficult places to be. Most of us can not maintain being absolutely all in 100% of the time. On the opposite end, not doing anything at all is not a good place to be either. That leaves us with balance. My motto is to stay consistent, but give myself grace when I slip up.
For the rest of this week lest focus on adding something in to our wellness routine. Personally, I need to add in hitting my water goal daily. I have been a slacker. What is one thing you could add in today that would make you feel a little more in alignment with your goals? Movement, steps, water, protein, personal development, quiet time, sleep? Pick up where you have been slacking and focus there for the rest of the week. 🥰
